Results vary based on soil conditions, microclimate, lawn history, and factors we can't account for. Treat our recommendations as informed starting points, not professional prescriptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurfCycle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to lawn damage, product expenses, or loss of data.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold TurfCycle harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using TurfCycle, you agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
